How do you know if your web site is doing all it can for you? Sure it looks good, but does it play by the rules? Can everyone use it? Is it lightening fast?
Aviva Directory took the time to find 31 different online tools that you can use to grade or test your web site in the following areas:
- Code Validation
- Accessibility
- Speed
- Browser simulation
- SEO
I know there are ways that I can improve my site based on these tools - now I just have to take the time to get it done. How about you? Do you know of any other site checking tools that did not make the list?

7. June 2007 | 19:23 hBuxr - I have felt that way for a long time - because no one has ever been able to give me a real reason - other than if a site is really bad - why code validation is so important. I may need to open this up for debate.
