Over the past few weeks the number of spam comments and spam trackbacks/pingbacks this blog has received has been ridiculous. Askimet is doing great with filtering the comment spam and I keep tweaking the filter everytime a new spam comment sneaks through. The problem is the spam trackbacks and pingbacks - I haven’t really figured out how to filter them. So for now, I have disabled the trackback and pingback capability.
