Update to Growing My Business Post

I have done a lot of thinking, talking and jotting since posting my plea for help on Friday. I now have a pretty concrete vision of what I would like to accomplish and I have two goal dates – June 1 for intermediate steps and September 1 for all the pieces to be in place.

I have also taken everyone’s savvy comments into account and am beginning to make a list of processes to be refined, tasks to be outsourced to professionals, and software I need to finally use (Quickbooks).
